Originally from Chicago, Carly Meyer is a recent graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre. Carly spent much of her youth studying science and biology before ultimately deciding to pursue a career in the arts. Her parents put her into voice lessons after she performed a questionable mumbled rendition of famous opera arias for the family at six years old (they still do not know how she came by the music). Throughout her life, Carly has studied/explored directing, Shakespeare (BADA), opera, jazz vocal styling, musical theatre, and various dance and acting styles. As she continues in the industry, Carly hopes to create the most inclusive and accessible environments possible.
